in the last decade, cellular data networks have played an increasingly important role in automating mining operations and providing live visibility of productivity.

Whether a mine’s cellular network is supplied by a carrier or they have built their own private LTE system, RFI’s equipment is used to extend the coverage of these networks:

• Cel-Fi repeaters, which improve coverage at the fringes of the network or inside buildings by repeating the cellular signal inside the cabin of vehicles or inside remote buildings or workshops on the site.
  
• LTE antennas: for base stations and mobile vehicles.
