When combined together, the Fronius GEN24 Plus hybrid inverter and BYD Battery-Box Premium can deliver high charging and discharging powers, meaning that the energy produced by the customer’s own PV system can be optimally used and stored. This power remains available even when the sun is no longer shining.

Not only does this ensure an increased rate of self-consumption, but also greater independence from the public grid. High storage capacities – for example for smaller commercial plants – can be implemented with the parallel operation of up to three battery storage systems.

Via the PV Point socket, connected devices are supplied with backup power so long as the sun is shining. Thanks to active cooling, the Fronius GEN24 Plus offer greater flexibility in terms of design and installation right from the planning phase.
